Justin Strickland

Justin Strickland is a leadership coach and educator dedicated to helping higher education leaders build high-performing teams that retain top talent and drive institutional success. As a Leadership Coach with The H.O.P.E. Institute, he guides leaders through his signature ElevatED program, a four-phase framework designed to strengthen leadership styles, increase self-awareness, overcome challenges, and sustain long-term growth.
With over a decade of experience across coaching, education, and team development, Justin has served in diverse roles including Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Kansas Christian College, youth care specialist, and nonprofit program coordinator. His work reflects a consistent passion for mentoring, team building, and empowering individuals to thrive in both academic and athletic environments.
Justin earned his Master of Theological Studies in Leadership from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Culver-Stockton College. Fluent in Spanish and skilled in cross-functional leadership, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight, practical coaching, and a people-first mindset to every setting.
