Delia Marin
Delia Marin serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tico Productions and Tico Sports, where she drives strategic operations and market expansion for a multicultural media and live sports broadcasting company. Her leadership has been instrumental in helping Tico grow into a trusted partner for major teams across the NFL, NWSL, MLS, and NCA, including the Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, Baltimore Ravens, Jacksonville Jaguars, KC Current, and both Kansas State and the University of Kansas.
Through Spanish and Portuguese broadcasts, Delia and the Tico team help franchises authentically connect with diverse and growing fan bases across the U.S. and Latin America. Delia also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The Latino Coalition, helping to advance national initiatives that support Hispanic-owned businesses and elevate Latino voices in policy and commerce.
In addition, Delia is the CEO and Co-Founder of Es Lo Mio Designs, a Latino-inspired sports apparel brand that fuses cultural identity and fan passion. The launch of Es Lo Mio reflects her deep entrepreneurial roots, shaped by her upbringing in Kansas City's Argentine community, where her family owned and operated multiple businesses. A first-generation Mexican-American and the first in her family to attend college, Delia brings that same grit, creativity, and heart to her consulting work, where she supports organizations in business growth, operational strategy, and community engagement.
A passionate mentor and advocate for Latina leadership, Delia regularly advises emerging professionals and entrepreneurs. She is deeply committed to community involvement and board service, serving on boards that include KCK Chamber of Commerce, WIN for KC, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
