Daniel Silva is a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity, a Human Capital Management solutions company that helps businesses succeed so communities prosper. Prior to joining Insperity, Daniel Silva served as President & CEO of the Kansas City Kansas Chamber of Commerce for nine years. Daniel, the KCK Chamber Board, staff and business members focused on business and community development, bi-state regionalism, and business advocacy at the Federal, State and Local level. Daniel has held previous positions with the League of United Latin America Citizens National Educational Service Centers (KC), UnidosUS (Washington DC), and the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. Daniel has served on board of directors and/or committees for KCK World Cup Readiness Taskforce, Vibrant Health Vibrant Voices Committee, Boys & Girls Clubs Board, Guadalupe Centers Schools Board, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Young Latino Professionals of Greater KC Board, ArtsKC Advisory Committee, Mid-America Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce Advisory Committee, and more. Last April, Daniel was recognized along with fellow UMKC Alumni, as a 2024 UMKC Alumni Achievement Awardee.
