2025 Sponsors
Our fair supports students and families on their journey to success. We understand the importance of starting the school year off right, so we provide essential school supplies and assistance to ensure every student feels prepared and empowered to excel.
Last year, our fair offered a range of services in addition to backpacks and basic school supplies, including dental check-ups, haircuts, immunizations, sports physicals, and vision screenings. We also provided access to various community resources, including haircuts (available on a first-come, first-served basis) and a selection of library books to promote literacy and a love of reading.
To make this event possible, we rely on the dedication of several committees:
Registration Committee:
They work tirelessly to streamline the registration process, ensuring that students and families can easily access the resources and support available at the fair.
Supplies Committee:
This team procures, organizes, and distributes essential school supplies, guaranteeing that every student is equipped for success from day one.
Library Books Committee:
They curate a diverse selection of books to provide to students, promoting literacy and academic enrichment.
Health Screening Committee:
Responsible for coordinating health screenings and wellness resources, they ensure that students start the school year in optimal health, ready to focus on their studies.
Vendor Recruitment & Coordination Committee:
They recruit vendors and coordinate their participation, offering additional resources and services that complement our mission of supporting students and families.
Volunteer Recruitment & Coordination:
Finally, this team recruits and organizes volunteers to assist with various aspects of the fair, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone.
Join us on Saturday, August 1st, for a day of support, empowerment, and community. Together, we can ensure that every student has the tools and resources they need to thrive in school and beyond.
