With a strong commitment to client relations and value-added service, Connie has guided the company through significant growth, delivering innovative management solutions for commercial kitchens and dining experiences. Her expertise spans customer service training, compliance with industry best practices, dietary efficiencies, and end-to-end product and supply management.
Connie brings a wealth of hands-on culinary experience as the founder and Executive Chef of Forks On The Left Catering, now a subsidiary of J.R. Dexter, Inc. She leads a talented team of culinary professionals dedicated to exceptional service and cuisine. Before her entrepreneurial ventures, Connie honed her leadership and quality assurance skills at AT&T Communications, Inc., where she managed executive-level customer care and large-scale resolutions.
She holds an Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts from Kansas City, Kansas Community College, and an Associate in Science in Culinary Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville. Connie is certified as a ServSafe Food Protection Manager and holds additional credentials in food handling. Her professional affiliations include the National Restaurant Association, Jax Bridges Entrepreneurial Growth, and the National Food service Management Association.
